I planned to eat and drink as the Romans do this time in Rome, from Cacio e Pepe to Maritozzi, five-euro pizzas to fifty-euro entrees.

I started with a post-birthday dinner at Moma, an upscale, intimate restaurant with divine dishes and wine pairings.
